How long will it take my order to be shipped?
If the items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped out within the next 72 hours.
You will be alerted if an item is temporarily out of stock or if any other delay will occur immediately.
Your orders will be sent via Malaysia POS mail and it will take about 7 working days (Excluding Holidays) to be received by you.
Can you make orders online if you don't live in Malaysia?
Yes, we accept International orders.
Can I have orders shipped to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. We also offer the address book feature for all of our registered customers.
Do you offer free shipping?
We will offer free shipping during special promotion period. (Excluding International Shipping)
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
No. If you require us to send your orders via register mail, you may state the register mail request in the Notes and special requests column during the Check Out process.
What are backorders?
Backorder is when merchandise is temporarily unavailable because it has not been delivered to the distribution center, sold out or is being re-ordered.
The expected shipping date for backorders will be informed to you during check out. We try our best to stay accurate about our estimated dates but please know that sometimes it can be a little delayed than expected due to rare circumstances.
All our international orders are shipped via Malaysia POS.
Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination.
Additional charges will be sent to you via email. Upon payment of the additional charges, your orders will be shipped and your products shall be arrived in approximately 7 working days.
Will I have to pay customs/duties charges if I am importing from outside of Malaysia?
Yes, your package will likely be subjected to import charges.
Malaysia POS and The Eight Immortals House are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office.
The Eight Immortals House cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
